Here are 3ways of praying to release stress and anxiety.

1. Direct prayer

Self pray to the super power and ask for help, insight, strength, and guidance to improve yourself. Let everything go to the hands of God and keep the faith that he will make everything perfect and well.

 2. Pray with others

You can ask for company of others to perform the prayer collectively.

3. Pray for others

Organize group prayers for others well being. It will not only give you a feeling of helpfulness but also include you in your own prayers.
