Meditation

Meditation is an ancient skill of improving the power of concentration and awareness by putting your focus on breathing techniques. When the focus of your mind is on the simplicity of your own breathing, you will discover the power of feeling better first, by the deliberate focusing of your mind away from problems, struggles, irritants, and any other manner of unwanted things.

You will attain what your mind wants you to realize because the mind has the power to conceive, believe and achieve. If your life is tough now, that's because your subconscious believes that life is tough.   Your mind has 3 parts to it: conscious mind, subconscious mind and super conscious mind. The first two minds are within us, but the super conscious is the mind of your extended self. You should use the conscious part to conceive an idea and the subconscious part to make the idea a success. Most people do it in the reverse way. They use their conscious mind to pursue the result, which often results in stress and worries.

When you fail to deal well with stress, you start to react in many rational ways as a reflex to the situations. These behaviors can only make the situation worse.

Meditation is one of the most basic ways to reprogram your subconscious mind. It is simply a process of repeating your goals or new beliefs, that you want to instill, on your subconscious. Meditation teaches how to change your thoughts in a positive way. This finally fades away the stress. In contrast, if you struggle with judgments, negative beliefs, problems will keep on bothering you. The quicker you divert your awareness, the sooner the depressing thoughts will start to die away.

If you are willing to let your improved emotional state be the evidence of your progress, then the progress will continue. You will continue to feel even better, and the tipping point will come where physical evidence can be seen.  But if you look too soon for the evidence and you do not yet find it, you will lose Vibrational ground.
