Usage of extracts from various essential plants and flowers to improve mental and physical health is called Aroma Therapy. Aromatic plant oils have the ability to stimulate, balance, uplift and calm. These can be either used in form of massage with neutral base oil or can be inhaled through the help of a room diffuser.

It has been proved that Aroma therapy works as a great stress reliever as its calms down the fast pulse rates and breaths, controls the blood pressure and hormonal balance.

Most common prescribed oils in this therapy are-

  • Lavender
  • Geranium 
  • Chamomile 
  • Clary sage
  • Bergamot
  • Jasmine
