ragging in college.
When I was in degree college, the XIth standard student were bullied badly. I also was involved in ragging. There was a studious boy and we bullied him pretty badly. You know he literally cried. I felt guilty about it.

suju1 : ragging is ok if it is done in friendly manner, small little pranks do not harm anybody but it should not be humiliating. if done with a friendly gesture , it helps to start the friendship between seniors and juniors.
