Hi, i am 21 year old. I am currently working with a IT Comapny. As i am fresher i am really enjoying my work in the office. I have been told to do all kind of work. I am happy that im getting a exposure and through can learn different things.

But since i am fresher i find i have casual behaviour in myself, which i have realised and not able to adjust in the office enviornement.

Please suggest what should i do?

Hi, i belong from a poor family. My parents have taken lots of efforts and pain to bring me up to this level. Currently i am working in a big Corporate of the Country. But my boss humilitaes me very much just for some silly and stupid mistakes he humilates in front of my collegues. I feel bad but i also cant leave my job. Please suggest what should i do?????
