I love to eat...i eat a lot thats the reason im over weight....Many atimes i think of controlling my hunger but cant....I just become greedy with eating stuff....i eat evrything at home dont think of my family members....but i cant control when it comes to food....what should i do????

Im studying in Standard XII and i hate one girl who really over acts...i cant bear her...i feel she is not at all a genuine person....i have hatred but why dont knw...what should i do??????
